Released in May 2007
The shipping company was founded by the brothers Alois, Johann and Erwin Melmer in 1947 in Wiese in the Austrian Pitztal. Today, 43 employees and 33 silo trailers are working for Rupert Melmer. Of course several show trucks also belong to the fleet, of which Herpa is releasing another one. The „Durst-Truck“ was already presented in the Herpa/Fernfahrer calendar 2007 and will now be released as a model novelty.
