Auf Achse - Edition 3

The storyline of the TV series ‘Auf Achse’ revolves around the solid life of truck drivers, spiced up with a hefty dose of ‘adventure.’ With their articulated trucks, Franz Meersdonk (Manfred Krug) and Günther Willers (Rüdiger Kirschstein) reach the most remote places in Europe and overseas. Along the way, they face numerous problems, breakdowns, and even robberies. The two honest truck drivers become involved in kidnappings and gang wars. Franz and Günther are upright men with hearts in the right place, which is why they are always supported by friends, locals, and fellow truckers. In the end, the two always come out of tough situations unscathed and deliver their time-sensitive cargo on time. Now, the third set of the edition is being released, featuring an Iveco TurboStar container articulated truck and a Scania 2-series curtain-sided articulated truck. All models are equipped with many details reflecting their real-life counterparts.

With item number 156.509, the IVECO 190-38 TurboStar with Kässbohrer container trailer and the SCANIA 112M with curtain-sided trailer from episodes 21 to 23 of season 2 kicks off the new year in January 2010.
