Payment:
Deliveries are made only against prepayment! PayPal or bank transfer are available as payment options. Please decide which of the two payment methods you prefer.
- PayPal - If you select this payment option, the shop system will automatically forward you to the PayPal login. Please log in with your PayPal access data. The total amount of the order will be displayed again. After confirmation of the payment you will be returned to the shop system. With Paypal you pay free of charge with your credit card or with your credit in your PayPal account. For more information about PayPal, go to www.paypal.com
- Prepayment - The necessary information (bank details) is displayed during the ordering process and is also included in the order confirmation, which will be sent to you by email after the ordering process has been completed. The goods are usually shipped 2-3 days after receipt of payment. The items will be reserved for your order until receipt of payment. If no payment is made within 10 days (starting from the date of the order confirmation), the reservation expires and the order is considered canceled.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped exclusively as parcels – insured and with tracking. This ensures your shipment is safe and traceable at any time. Your order will be sent usually 2-3 days after receipt of payment. The duration of the shipping time depends on the destination country. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email containing the tracking number.
Despite careful packaging, transport damage cannot be excluded. If you notice any external damage when taking over your delivery, please insist on the relevant documentation by the deliverer. Then please contact us immediately!
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs consist of packaging and postage and depend on the weight of your order and the destination country. They are automatically calculated in the cart and displayed to you before completing your order.
